21 - 40: Some narcissistic traits, but not extreme.
41 - 60: Moderate overt narcissism, may cause interpersonal difficulties.
61 - 80: High overt narcissism, significant relational and behavioral challenges.
81 - 100: Severe overt narcissism, strong indication of Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD).
Clinical Considerations:
If the individual scores above 60, their behaviors may lead to difficulties in relationships, work, and social settings.
Scores above 80 suggest a strong presence of overt narcissistic traits, which may warrant further psychological evaluation.
This assessment does not diagnose NPD but helps identify patterns that may require professional attention.
