Toh Kya Samaj Aaya?

“Fight ya Scene? Ya Phir Kuch Aur?”

Kabhi aapne kisi moment ko dekha, aur turant decide kar liya —
Yeh toh pakka fight hai.
Lekin jab camera thoda sa zoom-out hua, toh pata chala — arey bhai, yeh toh movie ka scene shoot ho raha tha!
Toh kya samjhe hum?
Perception ne kaha: yeh sach hai.
Perspective ne kaha: zara ruko, poori picture baaki hai.
Reality? Woh toh kabhi kabhi fiction se bhi zyada twisty hoti hai.
“Reality is stranger than fiction, because fiction has to make sense.”
— Mark Twain
Par reality? Usse koi logic ka script nahi likhta.
Aur hum?
Hum toh humans hai — meaning-making machines.
Har cheez mein sense dhoondhne ki aadat hai.
Ek silent pause bhi hum kabhi “gussa” samajh lete hai,
aur ek smile bhi “fake” lagti hai — depending on hum kis lens se dekh rahe hain.
Psychology kehti hai:
• Perception is immediate sensing — jo dikha, suna, mehsoos kiya us moment mein.
• Perspective is a mental frame — shaped by tumhara past, tumhare beliefs, aur tumhara emotional filter.
Toh ab sawaal yeh hai:
• Tum kis filter se dekh rahe ho?
• Kya tumhara mood tumhari perception bana raha hai?
• Kya tumhara past tumhari perspective ko color kar raha hai?
• Kya tumne kabhi reality ko bhi misunderstand kiya?
Aur sabse bada twist?
Kabhi kabhi reality woh nahi hoti jo dikh rahi hoti hai.
Woh hoti hai jo chhupi hoti hai.
Between the lines. Behind the scenes. Beneath the noise.
Ek reflection activity:
Jab bhi koi situation confuse kare ya emotional ho, poochho:
• “Yeh jo main feel kar raha hoon… kya woh fact hai, ya mera interpretation?”
• “Main kaunsa scene likh raha hoon apne dimaag mein?”
• “Aur kya reality kisi aur angle se kuch aur bol rahi hai?”
Because perception can fool you.
Perspective can guide you.
But only pausing, reflecting, and being present… reveals reality.
So next time you see a fight… ya koi emotional moment…
Zara zoom-out karo.
Scene toh ho sakta hai scripted ho.
Par tumhara response?
Woh tumhare awareness ka real-time test hai.
